Bruce Weber Memorial Trophy

 Introduction:

• Awarded to the club’s third placed AFL player for the John Cahill Medal
• Named in honour of former president, Bruce Weber
• Originally known as the “Best Team Man”, it was renamed from Season 2006 onwards
• Originally awarded to the “Best Team Man” SANFL player (the player who best represented the team’s values throughout the season both on and off the field), it was repurposed from Season 2021 onwards

 Exceptions:

• Not awarded in 2020 due to the club being banned from the SANFL

• Best Team Man: voted by the players
• John Cahill Medal third place: refer to John Cahill Medal
